Meet your new Housing Services Manager

Introducing you to your new Housing Services Manager, Elaine Oughton.
Trident are pleased to announce your new Housing Services Manager is Elaine Oughton. Elaine has been on secondment in the role since September this year and has now been appointed formally. Elaine has worked at Trident for over 10 years at our stunning Extra Care Scheme, Oakland Village, in Derbyshire.
As well as managing housing officers, she will also be managing the Resident, Customer, Community Safety & Inclusion team bringing the two teams under one management to improve collaboration and your service.
Elaine on her new role, says:
I am looking forward to working with the tenants, to improve the service the Housing team provide.
We will be visiting all areas over the coming months; we will let you know when we are in your area so please come and see us.
We hope that this new appointment will ensure that we can continue to improve on your experience on us.
