By offering a menu of choice when it comes to your care, we're ensuring you maintain your quality of life and independent living.

Domiciliary care is provided to people still living in their own homes that require additional support with day to day household tasks, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their quality of life and independent living.

Below are our services that we currently offer across both Birmingham and Dudley:

Trident Reach’s Domiciliary Care Service provides responsive and personalised care across both Birmingham and Dudley.

We offer a menu of choice to meet people’s individual needs and abilities. Our services include domestic support, personal care and specialist complex care.

We specialise in working within the following areas:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Mental ill health
  • Autism
  • Older adults
  • Dual diagnosis

Our aim is to support customers to live a fulfilled life whilst remaining in your own home.

Our Domiciliary Care services are registered with the Care Quality Commission and are compliant with the standards assessed.

Dudley Domiciliary Care

We provide a specialist element to our domiciliary care service by supporting the Chinese community in Birmingham, winning awards at both regional and national levels at the British Care Awards.

We promote the cultural diversity of the local community and encourage community cohesion, choice, independence and wellbeing. 

We have a team of specialist Chinese care workers who can speak Cantonese, Mandarin, Taishan and Hakka.

We currently offer 8 supported living schemes across both Birmingham and Dudley.

Our Supported living services service provides a menu of care and support services tailored to address the needs of each individual whilst offering suitable shared accommodation.

We have an established and trained team who work with service users to shape and deliver a service the way that suits them individually.

Our aim is to help you with maximising your independence whilst managing and maintaining a tenancy.
