Forming a Resident Group
We want to hear from the people who know your neighbourhood best - you and your neighbours! Get involved in neighbourhood groups.
Forming a Resident Group in your area gives you the opportunity to address any issues within your local community, lobby for changes and improvements to services, and give your community a ‘voice’.
What would be required?
- Attending meetings with other residents or customers within your area and working with the local community to discuss issues.
- Working with Trident Group staff and other community bodies (community wardens or police) to make improvements, or tackle issues within your area.
How much time would I need to give?
This is really up to you, and depends on how you want your group to work. Some groups meet monthly, whilst others only meet as and when required to discuss individual issues.
Trident Group will provide you with any support needed to set up a group and will provide funding to cover the groups administration and meeting expenses.
