At Trident we always want to improve the service we offer you and we want you to be involved in improving that service.

Trident have launched a brand new survey for customers to give their feedback on the service they receive from Trident and on ways this can be improved.

Each tenant who completes this survey will be entered into a Prize Draw for £500 worth of high street vouchers as set out below –

1st prize worth £200

2nd prize worth £100

4 runners-up prizes worth £50 each

The survey is based on the new Tenant Satisfaction Measures set by the Regulator of Social Housing for assessing how well housing associations are at providing good quality homes and services.

These 12 measures were outlined in the Charter for Social Housing Residents – Social Housing White Paper in 2020 by the government. The Regulator for Social Housing has now created a new system for assessing how well housing associations are providing good quality homes and services.
