Could you be on our Group Board?

As part of the Group’s ongoing succession planning for the challenging and exciting times we face as the demand for our services continues to rise, we are looking for Non-Executive Directors (NED) and Committee Members to join our Group Board and Committees.

These are senior and prestigious appointments demanding not only a high level of commitment, but the expectation that successful candidates will contribute to developing and maintaining an effective and high performing Group Board. For NED positions, previous Board experience is essential and we particularly welcome applications from candidates with demonstrable experience of; housing management; property experience; customer services; or supported housing. 

In addition, we are looking for Committee Members to serve on one or more of the Group’s four committees, Audit and Assurance; People and Performance; Safeguarding; and Investment. Previous experience of committee meetings is desirable. 

Our NED and Committee members roles are remunerated, and the current rates are available within the recruitment pack available upon request.
