We are excited to announce that we have an opportunity for one of our residents to take a seat on our board.
This is an opportunity to make real change in the future of the organization. We are really looking for individuals who live or have lived in one of our properties to help inform board decisions.
We will provide all necessary support and training to develop you to be successful in the role.
All members of our Board are expected to assist in:
- setting strategy, policy, and objectives
- making decisions
- implementing and communicating decisions
- overseeing the financial controls and risk management of the Group.
It is important your experiences are valued and you can use your skill to shape the future of your community and creating your own ‘living room to board room’ story.
Residents only: This exciting opportunity is for our current residents, so we will need to confirm you are living in a Trident property and have no arrears or pending legal actions.
- Next Steps: If shortlisted, you will be invited for a briefing session and then a formal interview. Interviews will be taking place on 27th, 28thand 31st of March.
- Remuneration: This is a paid position with a remuneration package of £5,300 per annum. Please note that this is taxable income reportable to DWP, which could have an impact if you are in receipt of benefits.
- Comprehensive Training: The successful applicant will benefit from a thorough training program to ensure you have all of the tools to excel in this role and make a real difference.
- Closing Date for Applications: We will be closing the window for applicants on Monday 3rd March 2025.
