Trident has launched its new Strategic Plan for 2024 – 2029. Read our Chief Executive Nigel Wilson’s introduction below.
We are delighted to share our new Strategic Plan for 2024 – 2029 period. We have sought to refresh our approach and consulted widely with colleagues, tenants, and board members on the design and content of the new plan. You will see here captured the “refresh, refocus, and renew” statement as the basis on which to build our approach. The Group is undergoing a period of getting back to our basics, ensuring we are focused on our services to tenants and service users and understanding how we need to ensure the business is efficient and effective. In these challenging times of a housing crisis, this is ensuring that we meet our targets and promote the support that residents and service users need across our range of housing and care and support services.
