Washington Court Closure

As of Monday 2^nd December, Washington Court will be closed as an emergency hostel.

Following Birmingham City Council’s decision to move to a different model of service delivery, Trident Group made the decision to close Washington Court as we believed smaller, more localised sites creates a safer and more stable environment for service users to begin their journey into accommodation. These changes were brought in by Trident Group following a number of years of experience of running the homeless provision service.

Over the last couple of months residents were moved and settled into different sites across the city. Trident Group will continue to provide accommodation to people facing homelessness through the outreach teams who help people 24 hour per day, 365 days per year as well as by providing emergency beds across the city. Trident are confident we have enough provision to support people facing homelessness in the city.
