Trident Group has announced the re-launch of its website at www.tridentgroup.org.uk which it said features a much more modern look and appearance and can showcase the services provided more effectively to its stakeholders.
The new site, launched on 1 July 2021, was designed by Rivo which specialises in website solutions for housing associations as well as other sectors.
A major objective of the website redesign was to ensure navigation through with a series of simple menus and sub-menu’s where information and advice is easily accessible. The content of the website has also been reviewed to ensure that the information provided is relevant, clear and concise.
The website is also fully responsive on all devices. Visitors to the site will now receive the same experience, with no reduction of features, whether the site is viewed through a computer, laptop, mobile phone or tablet.
Further improvements are also planned with the development of a dedicated tenant portal due to be implemented in the coming months, with proactive participation and engagement with Trident Group residents and customers. This will provide tenants with access to their own rent account along with the facility to manage aspects of their tenancy and repairs via the website. Trident Group also intends to establish an online handbook which will integrate all important information into bitesize solutions for the most frequently asked questions on all our services available.
