Over the last few months we have had the opportunity to look at our service delivery to our tenants.

We are making changes in our housing department which will enable us to further focus on providing homes and creating places and communities for people to call home. We want to ensure that we enter into committed partnerships with all of our tenants from their very first engagement with us and work with them to sustain their tenancies, improve overall wellbeing and strengthen our thriving communities.
