We are looking for an experienced Group Finance Director

• Salary package c. £95k pa inclusive of car allowance plus pension
• Location: Based at Head Office in Erdington, Birmingham

Trident Group is a social housing provider with almost 60 years of delivering homes, services and innovation for up to 8,000 people in over 3,400 homes in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the Midlands.

Employing more than 750 staff and working with over 150 volunteers, the Group has an annual turnover of more than £36m and owns assets close to £200m, with a structure consisting of one housing association (Trident Housing), one charity (Trident Reach) and one commercial vehicle (Trident Star).

The Group is looking for a Group Finance Director who understands who we are; what we do, shares our passion and culture; and can deliver business improvements that enhance our service capability.

This post will provide an exciting opportunity to drive change across Trident Group as it continues in its journey of its 5 year Strategic Plan. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading our finance team in providing a seamless finance service to all operations within the Group.

We are looking for a talented financial executive who can turn strategic thinking into operational delivery. The successful candidate will be someone who can motivate, coach and mentor teams across the organisation, work with operational stakeholders on financial management to consistently deliver excellent services and exceed our ambitions as outlined in our five year Strategic Plan.
