Trident Group and Greenfingers, our ground maintenance and gardening contractors, are planning the launch of the Green Champion Initiative.
Trident Group’s Green Champions, who will be volunteer residents and customers, will play a key role in monitoring the work conducted by Greenfingers, providing vital feedback, and acting as the link between Greenfingers and fellow residents and customers.
The first cohort of Green Champions have been invited to attend a training session hosted by Greenfingers. They will learn about the organisation and how they approach garden maintenance. In addition, the Green Champions will receive information on their responsibilities and how they can help to improve customer satisfaction and the services provided to enhance and maintain their communities.
The first set of training sessions will take place on Monday, 21 and Tuesday, 22 June 2021.
Initially covering 6 sites, the aim is to roll out the Green Champion Initiative across all appropriate Trident Group sites.
