What do you want Trident to look at and improve?

14 July, 2025

Shape our services – tell us what areas of Trident you would like us to focus on and improve.

We want to improve the service you receive and want your input on what areas you think could be more effective and made better.

We have a number of projects that have been suggested based on customer feedback, our tenant satisfaction measure scores, and complaints. Have your say on what you would like to be to scrutinised so that we can assess its effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement.

The projects are:

  • Anti-Social Behaviour – Shaping a Stronger Offer
  • Complaints – Ensuring lessons are learnt
  • Estate and Communal Services – Fit for Neighbourhoods
  • Fairness and Respect to listen and act
  • Fuel Poverty and Financial Hardship offer
  • Lettings and Tenancy Ready Approach
  • Repairs – getting it right first time

We are also looking for residents to join these projects so if you would like to be involved , please contact our Engagement team at communityengagement@tridentgroup.org.uk or call 0300 123 1113.

Tell us what projects you want to be scrutinised by filling in this survey.
