One of Trident’s core values is being Accountable—and for our Customer Engagement Team, that means taking conversations offline and meeting residents where they live.
In 2025, we’re proud to be delivering a record number of estate walks and resident meetings to build stronger, more responsive relationships with the people in our homes.
This year we are visiting more sites and more neighbourhoods making sure that we are face-to-face, having real conversations at every neighbourhood. These are designed to offer direct, prompt resolutions to issues and give residents in our estates a chance to raise concerns in person with members of our team.
What We Heard—and What We Did
Last week, we visited Rowan Court, Waterside, and St Teresa’s Court—and saw immediate benefits.
- At Rowan Court, residents raised concerns about overgrown trees and access routes for emergency vehicles. We were able to explore and begin resolving these issues on the spot, which residents appreciated.
- At Waterside, five residents joined a group forum to share concerns about parking, abandoned vehicles, and the security of the laundry room. These issues have been escalated to the relevant teams for follow-up.
- At St Teresa’s Court, we invited the contractors who installed the new boilers to attend the drop-in. Residents welcomed the opportunity to meet the people working in their homes and praised the team for completing the job ahead of schedule.
Overall, the week was a big success, helping us better understand estate-wide issues, and reinforced the importance of community conversations.
The engagement team left with clear direction of what needs to be done to put smiles on the residents faces before they return in 5 weeks for the follow up sessions.
