Trident Group Is Now a Member of the Housing Diversity Network

Trident Group has signed up to become members of the Housing Diversity Network.

HDN is a social enterprise which supports organisations within the housing sector become more inclusive, both in the way that they are run and in the services which they provide.

It is hoped that through this partnership, Trident Group can benefit from information and support on equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) issues. This should benefit both Trident Group colleagues and those we house and support in the long run.

EDI is an important topic here at Trident Group, and more broadly within the housing sector. We provide housing, care, and support to people who may be more adversely affected by things such as poverty and the housing crisis than others. It is important for Trident Group, as social landlords and care providers, to have staff who are fully informed on issues surround equality and diversity.
