Thank you to everyone who shared their feedback and took part in the 2021 Resident Survey.
Over the summer of this year, we asked an external company to carry out our Resident Satisfaction survey with a randomly selected number of our tenants to find out what residents think about their home and what we can do to improve our services.
In total 1,022 Trident Group residents responded to the survey – 700 by telephone, 306 on-line and 16 by post which represents almost a third of all Trident Group households. The residents that took part in the survey provided us with some really helpful feedback around their communication with us, our repairs services, and the quality of their home.
The results of the survey are now being analysed and key findings will be available to all residents in early 2022.
We would once again like to thank everyone who took part in this survey and following further work by our Resident and Customer Voice Group we expect to publish a full action plan in response to the survey in 2022.
Winners of the Prize Draw
Everyone who participated in the Resident Survey was entered into a prize draw, with winners selected at random. 6 winners have won prizes between £50 and £200 and will be contacted by our new Resident, Customer and Community Wellbeing Manager, Kirsty Steward.
