What you can do
Use the ASB App to record sounds, take photos or videos (if safe), and log incidents
If you can’t use the app, email asbenquiries@tridentgroup.org.uk to request incident log sheets
If you feel unsafe or think a crime has happened, report it to the police straight away
Share any police reference numbers with us
For noise issues, contact your local council’s Environmental Health team as they can also take action
Keep us updated and continue reporting incidents if the problem continues
If you know who is causing the ASB, let us know so we can deal with it directly
What we can do
If you can tell us the date and time of incidents, we may be able to check CCTV for evidence
We can arrange cleaning to remove rubbish, including deep cleans if needed
If we have evidence and the person is a Trident customer, we can take tenancy action
If they are not a customer, we may still be able to take legal action depending on the situation
We can share information with the police and support serious investigations
We may install CCTV in areas with high levels of ASB to deter behaviour
We may also add security features like doors, gates or motion lights to help keep people safe
What other agencies can do
The police can take people to court for criminal damage and other offences
They can share information with Trident to help identify people causing problems
The police can use powers like Community Protection Notices or Dispersal Orders to stop people gathering in certain areas
They can apply for Criminal Behaviour Orders after a conviction to help prevent repeat behaviour
They may also increase patrols in areas where there is ongoing ASB
