We are visiting your homes as part of our stock condition surveys to help us plan our programmes of repairs and improvements to our properties.
Having up to date information on your property helps us make sure that you are living in safe homes that you can be proud to live in.
Michael Dyson Limited will be visiting over 500 properties in the next few weeks on our bejhalf looking at the condition and quality of the homes. This information is then used by our Assets teams to make sure that homes can be prioiritised for works based on need.
Michael Dyson Associates Ltd is an RICS Chartered Surveying organisation and a CIOB Chartered Building consultancy. Their team have over 40 years experience providing surveying and construction works for the social housing sector.
We have also asked Jones Lang LaSelle, a firm of Chartered Surveyors, to review a number of properties as part of our lending obligations.
All customers affected have been contacted directly. If you have been asked to have a survey, please do allow the surveyors in as it will help us to improve your homes.
