Can I swap my home?
You will need to:
- Get our permission as well as the agreement from your potential new landlord before swapping.
- Have a secure or assured tenancy to swap.
- Make sure that you are moving to a home the right size for you so neither too large or too small.
- Make sure that you have have paid all your rent and that you have no records of anti-social behaviour or court orders against you as this may prevent you from swapping.
