Last week we supported the Resolve initiative, ASB Awareness Week which is designed to let our residents know the support we offer so we can improve community relations.
At Trident Group, we’re committed to creating safe, supportive, and inclusive communities for all our residents. This ASB Awareness Week, we’ve taken meaningful steps to raise awareness, offer support, and empower residents to take action against anti-social behaviour.
This year, we focused on bringing our communities together through open conversations and practical support. Across our neighbourhoods, we hosted drop-in sessions where residents could meet with our Housing Officers and ASB team.
These sessions created a welcoming space for people to share concerns, ask questions, and learn more about how we handle reports of anti-social behaviour.
Online Campaign
We also used the week to raise awareness through a dedicated online campaign. We shared tips on how to report issues, what support is available, and how we work closely with local authorities and community partners to resolve problems effectively. We also used our social media to post educational pieces from our Customer Engagement Manager, Steve Martin who clearly explained what ASB is and how our process work through video.
One of the most powerful parts of the week was hearing directly from residents. Some shared their personal stories of overcoming ASB with our support—stories that remind us why this work matters so much.
Partnership Days
A big part of our ASB Awareness strategy was to strengthen our partnerships with local police and support organisations, ensuring that our response to ASB is not only swift but also collaborative. These partners include the West Midlands Police, Birmingham City Council, Change Grow Live, and Nehemiah Housing.
ASB Awareness Week may be over, but our commitment to tackling anti-social behaviour continues every day. If you’re experiencing ASB or want to learn more about how we can help, please reach out to your Housing Officer or visit our ASB support page.
Together, we’re building stronger, safer communities—one conversation at a time.
