What is Continuous Recording of Social Housing?

The Continuous Recording of Social Housing (or CORE) is the recordings of all the lettings and sales that Trident completes over a financial year which has to be legally reported to the Ministry of Housing, Communities, and Local Government. This is for research and statistical purposes only.
